Our Experience

MCBP was founded by Aaron Sorensen, MBA, CPO, President of Restorative Health Services, as a result of his own experience in researching and developing a streamlined and highly effective billing, claims and collections process for his own five facility O&P practice. Given the long term experience of the company’s manager in medical billing and coding, and the ease of use of the system, Sorensen determined that this process would benefit many medical practices, as well. Medical Coding and Billing Plus Importantly to those considering MCBP as a resource for their practices, Sorensen is completely committed to the privacy of our clients and operates on a consulting type of basis with MCBP personnel. He has no access to specific information or files of the company’s clients.

Your Control

MCBP utilizes customized practice profiles that indicate your preferences on how your account is handled.

MCBP works to ensure that clients are in compliance with Medicare and other legislative regulations as the established procedure demands that all documents be in order prior to billing.

MCBP can serve as a buffer between the practice and the patient with respect to payment plans, if you so desire. The service can include getting patient commitment and documentation regarding payment and regular follow up to bill and collect from the patient. This service will abide by the profile that each specific client has on file for patient contact

MCBP staff is rotated through certified billing and coding seminars on a regular basis, in order to ensure that we are completely up to date on all regulations, changes and nuances.

Clients receive regular reporting by email/secure database on the status of your accounts. Timing and frequency of reporting is determined by you.

All information on your reimbursement rates is securely maintained and will only be accessible on an aggregate basis. No individual reimbursement data will be shared among clients. Shared information will be on a strict as-needed basis within specified parameters among MCBP staff.

You can elect full service, which would be paid for as a percentage of collections or you can choose from a menu of services on a fee-for-service package basis.
